This time he was caught eating elves bubbles and winning Black Jack on their sum.
PacMan is in the elves wood, the the cute Elf is dancing around.
Elf bubbles have values, so when PacMan catches and eats a bubble, he gets that value. When the sum of eaten bubbles becomes 21 (Black Jack), he wins the next set from elves.
How to play:
Control the PacMan with mouse or finger. Swipe over the PacMan to push him to the bubble with needed number.
Try to collect the sum of 21.

But, if the sum exceeds 21 - Ooops... Level down...
To win the game strip this Elf to the highest 9th level.
